About Me
I am currently a Master's student in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Nanjing University, working under the mentorship of Dr. Shuping Cheng. Our research topics include complex systems management and enterprise management. In addition, our work also includes undertaking enterprise consulting work, and how to achieve long-term development of enterprises through effective management consulting means. At the same time, we are also actively exploring the deep expansion of artificial intelligence in economics, management and teaching.
My research is motivated by the following key question: how can we better use the New Quality Productivity Forces to achieve significant economic growth in our country? My exploration in this area is at two levels.
First, I focus on the role of new quality productivity forces at the micro level. In the past, my research has included exploring the relationship between the use of artificial intelligence and job performance, as well as analysing the active use of management consulting instruments that incorporate emerging technology tools at the firm level.
Secondly, I study how to promote the organic integration of NQPF at the macro level and how to create a continuous deep interaction and balance between economic development and the integration of NQPF tools from a sustainable development perspective. I hope that my research will contribute to the building of a healthy and sustainable economic ecology, not only for the benefit of individual members of the public, but also for the well-being of the entire region and even the country.
My methodological toolkit encompasses a range of techniques, including surveys and meta-analysis. I am proficient in using software such as R, JASP, SPSS for data analysis. In terms of analytical methods, I am well-versed in fundamental statistical techniques such as regression, as well as advanced methods including structural equation modeling (SEM), machine learning, and meta-analysis. I have enrolled in JPMORGAN ’s Quantitative Research Job Simulation for strengthening my expertise in data analysis and causal inference.
Research Interests
- Integration of New Quality Productivity Forces in Strategic Management: My research focuses on leveraging new quality productivity forces to enhance enterprise efficiency and performance at the micro level. I analyze how AI and advanced analytics can be incorporated into strategic management to not only improve job performance but also provide innovative management consulting solutions. My goal is to understand how technologies like machine learning and big data can be seamlessly integrated into business practices to drive long-term development and economic growth.
- Sustainable Economic Development through Systemic Integration of “New Quality Productive Forces”: At the macro level, I explore how the organic integration of new quality productivity forces can foster sustainable economic growth. My approach involves creating a balance between economic development and technological integration using a systemic perspective. I study the interactions between complex systems management, NQPF tools, and economic policies, aiming to build a sustainable economic ecology that benefits individuals, regions, and the entire country. This area of research utilizes my expertise in data analysis, structural equation modeling, and causal inference to understand and promote the long-term stability and health of economies.

Program experiences
- [Interactive Textbook of Engineering Economics] This project implements a comprehensive e-textbook architecture(Interactive Project Economic Evaluation) that focuses on providing interactive learning of engineering economics, enabling learners to validate engineering economics principles and calculations in real time. I was responsible for the development of the interactive calculation tools and also integrated an intelligent online dialogue system to support users in answering difficult questions and enhancing learning interactivity through an embedded dialogue assistant. In addition, I was responsible for the entire development process of the website, from the domain name to the server, up to the live deployment, ensuring high performance and user-friendliness. This project demonstrates my awareness of new technologies, technical expertise and innovative applications in the field of educational technology.
- [Management Consultancy for State Grid Jiangsu Xinghua Co.] I participated in designing and implementing a comprehensive management system, assisting in optimizing the performance assessment mechanism (reward-based, quarterly evaluation) and systematization of policies. I was also involved in the quarterly evaluation of implementation and outcomes to ensure effective policy execution. Additionally, I contributed to organizing several management lectures covering topics like administrative management and human resources, aimed at enhancing knowledge dissemination and professional skills of the team, significantly improving the company’s management level and team professionalism. In addition, I have been responsible for a range of tasks including project bids, system submissions, and on-campus processes.
- [Study on Panoramic Dividend Analysis and Measurement Model of Major Infrastructure Projects] I collaborated with my mentor to complete the final project report. This involved synthesizing research findings and developing comprehensive evaluations on the economic and social impacts of major infrastructure projects.
- [Huawei's Complex Product System Management] I was involved in deriving insights from major engineering management practices. My work focused on reducing the complexity of managing major projects, extracting theories of complexity analysis and uncertainty decision-making specific to large-scale engineering. These theories provide critical references for analyzing and deciding timelines in complex product management, thereby optimizing decision-making efficiency and improving managerial effectiveness.
- [Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor (SZC), linking Hong Kong and China] I participated in the later stages, which involved site visits, interview surveys, and exploratory management studies. This work aimed to gather in-depth insights and assess various management practices relevant to the project’s ongoing operations and strategic planning.
